Acre Distilling in Fort Worth it's in what was Hell's Half Acre in a neat older building. They do a tour/tasting for $15 a person (buy tickets ahead of time) where you get to taste something like 6 or 7 different spirits. They go over a little bit of the history of the area, the distilling process for different things, and you get a complimentary glass at the end. It's low key but pretty neat.
